I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The rooms are beautifully decorated and kept spotlessly clean, though a bit austere. The service was a mixed bag, with some employees being very pleasant and helpful while others were not as friendly. The location is absolutely fabulous, right off the highway but still very quiet at night, close to wineries and the charming town of Yountville. The dining experience was outstanding, with extraordinary dishes and pastries from Bouchon. The facilities were great, offering everything I needed for a comfortable stay.
I was truly impressed with the rooms; they had everything a guest would wish for, from the kitchen to the large, private living space, the wonderful baths with heated floors, and the vineyard views. The decor was amazing, and being at the ground floor right on the vineyard was a unique experience. However, the location, although good, felt a little remote unless you had a car to get around.
